We were privileged to be asked to film Emma and Matt’s wedding in the beautiful surroundings of their country home. There may have been a few showers, but it didn’t stop everyone having an absolute blast on this fantastic day!
The theme for this wedding was very much the great outdoors – and Emma and Matt certainly made good use of the splendid fields around their home in Herefordshire.
The day for us started in Lower Wick, Worcester, where Matthew began filming the bridal preparations. At the same time, Russ started shooting the groom preparations in Bosbury.
The ceremony took place in Emma and Matt’s local church, Bosbury Church. The church is really big for a small village and it made for a stunning wedding ceremony location.
From there, it was onto Emma and Matt’s home, where they’d erected a large marquee for guests to enjoy the outdoor setting. There was live music, a photo booth and even a tractor that ended up becoming a big part of the photography!
Emma had done a fantastic job on the decorations for the day, with most of the items being made by the bride herself.
Wedding photography for the day was in the capable hands of the esteemed Andrea Dovey Photography. Andrea (or Pixie as she’s known in wedding circles) did a brilliant job as usual. She really is one of the most high energy, social people you’ll ever meet. She’s great with kids, too! Some of her photos are included here and I’m sure you’ll agree she’s a talented girl!
Animals are a big part of Emma and Matt’s lives, so we made a special effort to include as many of their pets as we could in the video. You’ll see dogs, horses, pigs, chickens and more!
We had a great time in Emma and Matt’s company, as well as that of their friends and family. Everyone seemed to have so much love for the couple and it showed in the video footage we took on the day.
Here’s a list of the wedding providers on their day:
Catering was DTR Catering
Marquee was Ridgeway Marquees
Bar was Charlie’s Bars
Sequin table cloths were made by Pudding Bridge
Music during the daytime was James Caveny
Music during the evening was Badcats

We wish Emma and Matt all the best in their new life together!
